Gateway RV Park is conveniently located within the city limits of Carlsbad. We are located along US 62/180 (National Parks Highway) and US 285. Our Park is only minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and a local gym. We offer both 30 - amp and 50 - amp connections at every space.
We are a pet friendly park but do charge a non-refundable pet deposit of $50.00 dollars. We do have a restroom and shower facility on site. The park is equipped with fiber optic Wi-Fi and is free to park residents. Our park is conveniently located across the street from the largest propane facility in Carlsbad, a large city run Senior Center is located across the street and a large city-maintained greenway containing a playground, basketball courts and sports fields is located next to the park.
We have covered RV spaces as well as uncovered RV spaces. The covered RV spaces rent for $750.00 dollars monthly and the uncovered RV spaces rent for $640.00 dollars monthly. We unfortunately do not offer daily or weekly rentals. There is a $200.00 dollar deposit to move in, but it is refunded upon leaving the park as long as your account is in good standing.
We no longer offer an on-site laundry facility. However, located just around the corner from the RV park is a state-of-the-art laundry facility that offers pick-up and delivery to the RV Park for all your laundry needs.
